Celebrating a special occasion has never been easier than at The Stables where the dining room is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and family meals. The large pine table comfortably seats 12 and a high chair is available for any infants. There is an array of cutlery and crockery and the glasses cabinet is filled with all manner of glassware to serve a variety of drinks. The dining room is extremely good for the festive season when it can be decked out for Christmas and the whole family can enjoy the special occasion.
Stables' living room caters for all ages. At the far end of this long lounge is the comfy family area with two large three seater sofas and plump floor cushions for watching TV, playing games or curling up in front of the fire. At the other end of the lounge is a pair of plush armchairs and a deluxe two seater sofa perfect for admiring the view beautifully captured by the floor to ceiling windows.
This stunning lounge is tastefully decorated with lots of natural colours that wonderfully tie in with the period wood beams and are great for enhancing the large amount of light that streams in from the large windows.
You can also access the south facing patio area from the living room, making this a lovely place to relax in the summer months when the children are playing outside.
A handy downstairs cloakroom, located in the entrance hall, also means you never have to worry about using one of the en-suite bathrooms when relaxing downstairs.

This elegant room, which is great for anyone who doesn't like stairs has a king size bed, free standing wood wardrobe and large chest of drawers, which all effortlessly blend in with the neutral décor. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV and handy hair dryer.
The bedroom's sophisticated style continues in its en-suite shower room. The wonderful walk-in shower has floor to ceiling tiles in attractive natural tones and the classy mirror above the sink is ideal for applying make-up or freshening up.
Gorgeous hues of brown and grey combine with fresh white in the attractive downstairs twin bedroom. Ideal for anyone who is unsure on stairs, this lovely room has two comfy single beds with wood frames, plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a handy chair for reading a book. The twin bedroom also features a wall mounted TV and a door that opens out on to the sun trap terrace, where you can enjoy a leisurely cup of tea or listen to the birds singing in the trees.
Less able bodied guests can also enjoy the walk-in shower that is fitted in the twin bedroom's en-suite bathroom. This classic bathroom featuring loo and sink continues the classic neutral colours used in the bedroom.
There is a beautiful homage to France in the East Wing double bedroom with Paris-themed pictures adorning the wall where the king size bed with large wooden bed frame stands. This stunning bedroom, which has been attractively decorated with hints of lime green and sky blue, features original wood beams, a large wardrobe and wall mounted TV. It is the ideal place to open your eyes on a beautiful spring morning.
Lie back and relax in the gorgeous roll top bath that takes centre stage of the en-suite bathroom. The Stables second smaller terrace area can be accessed either via the front door or the dining room. This tranquil area is popular with those seeking peace and quiet to read a book or enjoy a pleasant conversation with friends.
Guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the excellent communal garden and leisure facilities, including a beautifully maintained tennis court, games room and two children's play areas.
Whether you would like to take a leisurely stroll around the grounds or rest weary legs on one of the benches and admire the views, the large garden has plenty to offer.
The all-weather tennis court is ideal for family tournaments or players aiming to win Wimbledon. This well maintained court is available to use all year but is extremely popular on sunny summer days. A selection of tennis balls and rackets are also available, so there is no need to miss out on a match if you forget to bring your own.
If you fancy something a little less strenuous, and indoors head to the games room. Located just a few yards from The Stables, the room is well loved by guests. This quaint hidey hole will please both the young and young at heart with table tennis, table football and darts all available.
Younger members of the family can also use the children's play area located opposite Stables on the grass; the timber play centre includes a slide and two swings.
